Delivery Policy

  1. Introduction

Frosted Fantasies (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates frostedfantasies.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

This delivery policy (“Policy”, “Delivery Policy”) governs your use of our delivery service provided by Frosted Fantasies.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Policy and agree to be bound to it.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Policy, then you may not use our services, but please let us know by emailing at marissa@frostedfantasies.com so we can try to find a solution.

  1. Communications

By using our Service, you agree that Frosted Fantasies can collect your contact details and pass them over to our third-party courier(s) to facilitate your deliveries. You also agree to provide accurate times for delivery so the courier can make the delivery a success on the first attempt.

  1. Delivery Times

We DO NOT, in any way, provide same day or next day deliveries. All products must be ordered with proper thought and consideration of the time it takes to make such product(s). All of our products have different delivery times. You can contact Frosted Fantasies to find out when your items will/can be delivered via email at marisssa@frostedfantasies.com or via WhatsApp at 823-7760.

  1. Cash Payments

Although Frosted Fantasies accepts cash upon delivery, we do not provide the courier with a float or money to provide relevant change. Thus, it is expected that the buyer has the exact amount of change when collecting the delivery. If the client does not have the exact amount of change required, they can pay the closet monetary denomination then contact us via marissa@frostedfantaies.com to qualify themselves for a discount on their next purchase based on the outstanding change provided. 

  1. Second Deliveries

We DO NOT provide FREE second delivery services for our products. If the courier is unable to reach the buyer when he/she arrives at the buyer’s home after conducting the appropriate communication measures, then the shipping/delivery cost for that item(s) is forfeited and must be paid again if a second delivery is scheduled.

  1. Returns

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping/return of a suspected defective product.

  1. Refunds

The delivery fee is non-refundable after the delivery has been made.
