Order Policy

- There will be a $10.00 fee for any changes made to orders within forty-eight (48) hours.
- We are not responsible for any damages done to products that leave our bakery when we are not delivering them.
- All orders over $50.00 require a minimum deposit of 50% at the time of ordering or one (1) week prior to your event date. If we provide special/personalized decorations specifically for your order, your deposit will be increased to cover the additional cost of the personalized product(s).
- A 50% deposit is required for all Wedding Orders, and it must be paid four (4) weeks prior to your wedding date with the full amount due two (2) weeks prior to your wedding date.
- Designs must be finalized within one (1) week of your event date. Some restrictions may apply if fondant components have been started.
- Flavours must be finalized within seventy-two (72) hours of your event date. Some restrictions may apply if ingredients have already been purchased.
Refunds/Store Credit:
- No cash refunds are given, as all refunds will be distributed via store credit.
- The deposit is non-refundable within one (1) week of your event date.
- All orders must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the customer will only receive 50% of the refund. However, if there is a failure to cancel within forty-eight (48) hours of the product’s pick-up or delivery date, the 50% will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
- Once the customer or a designated party has picked up an order, we relinquish responsibility for the order.
- Refunds requested after your order has been picked up or delivered will not be honoured. In some cases, you may bring the product back in for design adjustments; however, additional charges may apply.
- Product flavour and texture is subjective. We make everything from scratch and bake to order. Full refunds requested due to flavour or texture will not be honoured. You may qualify for a partial refund of the total amount paid in the form of store credit if the product is brought back and the quality of the flavour or texture is determined to not meet our standards. Products must be brought back to us within twenty-four (24) hours of pick up/delivery – please call or email us promptly to let us know of the issue. Quality determination is at the sole discretion of Frosted Fantasies.
- Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for products that are not returned to us. The amount of store credit is based on the amount of the product returned to us and what we determine the quality to be. Store credit/refunds will not be issued if you do not contact us in person, by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours of pick up/delivery.
- All products are the responsibility of the customer once you pick up your order from us. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or set-up. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile, and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.
Rush Orders:
- All rush orders will be subjected to an additional $50.00 fee.
